Benefits of Oranges:

Oranges are rich in vitamin C . vitamin C protects your skin cells from damage and keeps them fresh. vitamin C in oranges protects the body from anemia by maintaining iron balance.

 Increases the immunity of the body. aside from these, oranges produce other benefits like - helps in preventing cancer, improves eyesight. the foremost important benefit is that it helps control blood pressure.

Nutritional content of oranges: 100-150 grams of a medium-sized orange contains –

• 50-60 grams of calories

• Fiber 2-4 grams

• Sugar 10-15 grams

• Protein 1-1.5 grams

• vitamin A 12-16 mcg

• vitamin C 60-75 mg

• Potassium 225-240 mg

• Calcium 6-9 grams

• Carbohydrates 13-16 

Brief Introduction of Oranges: Orange trees grow mostly in warm climate regions of the planet . Oranges are generally round in shape, green in color when raw and bright orange when ripe.

This fruit was first imported from China, then it spread to warm climate countries everywhere the world.

Varieties of Oranges: According to taste, oranges are of two types – sweet and sour. sorts of oranges are-

Method of eating oranges: This fruit are often eaten in two ways. One is peeling, two is making syrup. Eating the peel has more health benefits.

Because it stays fresher. And fiber levels are reduced by making syrups. If you're not suffering from diabetes then you can make syrup and eat it.

Risks:

 Consuming large amounts of oranges can cause stomach pain, nausea, dizziness and diarrhea.
